Read BETWEEN the Lines...

Another pit bull attack...but read between the lines here.
A dog has puppies and a mother has left her daughter ALONE in the house. It doesn't say that the girl was doing anything but 'playing' with the puppies, but obviously, she did something that made the mother dog angry.
The dog is now in quarantine while the owner of the dog is charged.
What I'd like to know is where does the responsibility of the girl's mother lie here?
Also check out that this is a second press release. The first one stated that the girl was walking along the street when she got attacked. Why was this story changed? Is the second account just as inaccurate as the first one? Somebody is covering up something as this story just doesn't made sense.
You be the judge and read
here.

Hey that's great Dianne! This is the time to adopt one as you know the fate that will soon fall upon these wonderful, lovable breeds. *puppy hugs*
I visited your journals but couldn't post. *sorry* Did you know a pitty could be your childrens best friend. Especially a female. They protect them as if they are the moms. Perhaps then, Connor wouldn't pee on any more toilet paper rolls. LOL

That is horrible! Once again, blaming the dog for being a dog as opposed to holding the parent responsible for what, if the story is true, is a complete lack of parental supervision! Momma dogs can be protective of pups REGARDLESS of breed! That was just stupidity on the parents part :( It is unfortunate that things like this happen .... when they can be avoided SO easily! :(

Mama species of ANY kind, even the human mama's will fight to their death to protect their babies.
What gets me here is that the mother of the girl didn't as much as get a slap on the wrist from what we see of the article. That's an outrage!
